Hi my name is Kristina Palmer. I am glad you are visting my website! It is my mission as a wellness facilitator to provide my clients with peace, pain relief, and balance through the healing power of massage. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for optimum relaxation during every massage, whether it be a Swedish, Deep tissue, or Neuromuscular Therapy massage.

I have been giving massages for a little over a year now and I love it.  I graduated from the Birmingham School of Massage in 2011. Soon there after I took the national test for massage therapist and passed. I then got my Alabama state license for massage therapy.  I am passionate about learning new massage modalities and am looking forward to offering more modalities of massage in the future.

On a more personal note :) I love everything outdoors and am a laid back kind of girl. I have 2 cats (Bella and Farty Pants), a three legged dog named Nemo, five goats (Dariah and her two new kids, Beavis, and Little Girl)

 I love getting to know my clients and helping them feel better wether they are having aches and pains or if they are just having a terrible day and need to relax.
